Hello and welcome! I'm Margaret St. Peter, the founder of Pelican Harbor Publishing.
After retiring from a successful career in corporate Americaā€”where I specialized in making complex processes understandable for employees so they could thrive and advanceā€”I found a new passion: creating educational tools that make learning joyful and accessible.
My background has always included teaching and guiding others. From my early days as a Girl Scout leader in high school to years spent teaching both adults and children in church settings, Iā€™ve always been drawn to helping people grow. Whether organizing events or leading Bible studies, Iā€™ve loved finding creative ways to share knowledge.
That same passion led me to develop the Hebrew Word Discovery Series, where I combined my love for ancient languages with a playful, puzzle-based approach to learning. What started as a personal study evolved into a full publishing missionā€”especially geared toward seniors who enjoy stimulating, meaningful activities that connect them to deeper truths.
Today, I live near the ocean with my two loyal dogs. Iā€™m a proud grandmother to five beautiful grandchildrenā€”and one amazing bonus grandchild. Life has brought me full circle: from boardrooms to classrooms, from spreadsheets to word searches, and now to a peaceful home by the sea where I continue to create books that bring joy, discovery, and encouragement to others.
