Welcome to the Caretakers PDF Puzzle Club, a free community service provided by Pelican Harbor Publishing. By creating a free membership and accessing the puzzle library, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free Use License

• All puzzles, activities, and downloads in this library are 100% free for use within your care home, senior center, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation facility, hospice, or similar organization.

• You may print and distribute unlimited copies of puzzles for residents, patients, or participants at your single facility location.

2. Restrictions

• Puzzles may not be sold, resold, uploaded to public websites, or distributed outside your organization.

• Member login credentials are for the use of your organization only and may not be shared publicly.

3. No Guarantees or Liability

• All puzzles are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Pelican Harbor Publishing and the Caretakers PDF Puzzle Club  are not responsible for how puzzles are used, copied, or adapted within your organization.

• We are not liable for any injury, error, or outcome that may arise from the use of these materials.

4. Membership & Contact Information

• By signing up, you confirm that you represent a qualified care organization.

• An email address is required for login and occasional update notices (new or seasonal puzzle packs).

• We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if puzzles are misused (resold, redistributed, or used outside of intended purposes).

6. Agreement

By joining the Caretakers PDF Puzzle Club, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
